Quick parts document properties within a full table cell.
I have a template document for reports that we use for work and I set up some areas with text that reoccurs throughout.
I have somehow accidentally inserted one of these document properties in a full call and it works much better than the other ones.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
I'll add some screenshots..
Here you can see the "Client" document property is an element within the cell.
However the "Job No. 2" document property is the whole cell...
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Please excuse me if I am not understanding what your question is. These are called Mapped Content Controls. Some are built into Word as "Document Properties" under Quick Parts. You can also create your own.

As far as it being the whole cell, I am not seeing what you mean. Could you possibly save a sample document with the problem on OneDrive or Dropbox and post a share link here?
