Problems with Word Recent Files

Hey, I have a problem. I opened a word doc from someone else's account and now all their recent files are showing up in my slot. I am still signed in as me. When I opened the other persons doc, I had to say which account to open the other file with. I used the account of the file I opened. Help would be very much appreciated!
