Problem with numbered list
Hi, I've created a list with several level, but I can't get to II.1 I am stuck with I.1, no matter what. Do you know how to resolve this?
With your help and shauna kelly, i manage to find the problem.
The problem was in: Number format - Enter the formating for numbers as you can see in the pictures attached.
Originally the format "I" was manually type and fixed
After, using a pre set list (1.1.1 etc), i manage to change the format with the "I" referring to the previous level and in gray highlight.
I also change my link the levels to my style

I am glad that this seems to be working better for you.
However, a key point has been missed. Each level of your list should be attached to an existing paragraph style. Please re-read Shauna's article. This is important for keeping numbering consistent in a document.
