Please Fix the Portuguese from Portugal language Pack
Good morning everyone,
I don't even know how to start this post. I've been using Word as long, as I can possibly remember but unfortunately I'm starting to think on searching for another possibilities even if I can get it from free from my University. I do for a fact own an original office 365 that I bought for myself and also Windows 11 (part of the insider program before release).
And I can not express my displeasure with the state of the current Portuguese PT language pack. This isn't just bad, it's... absurd. People pay for this program, at least you can make it right. Tons of Brazilian Portuguese words, that don't even exist in the dictionary. An incredible lack of vocabulary, mainly in the scientific field, which is the one I can properly talk about.
The non proper fix of - for –, or implying it's ano genital, not even anogenital; or not even having imunomodulação, or anti-inflamatórios, or orofaríngeos.
Why is there even an european portuguese pack if not even the basics are there? Why would anyone pay for this if you need to constantly check the coherence and check if the words are well written with websites...
This language pack is beyond ridiculous, and the new features like the editor don't even work properly. As I said it can't even distinguish between this - or this – through context. Neither detect coherence properly.

Report these errors and omissions directly to Microsoft using the Help > Feedback facility in Word.
Do you have any idea how many they are? I would spend more time reporting these errors. And this doesn't fix the current issue that this is a paid product, and it's faulty
I don't speak Portuguese, so no, I have no idea.
What you can do when you report the issue (using the feedback facility) is to provide examples, especially from every day language, of course.
