Page Border Keeps Deleting Itself in Word
I am trying to put something over the bottom border of my page border and so I disabled "Always display in front", yet after I do this, the entire border (all 4 sides) deletes! Help!!

That should not happen. This is a screenshot of an image inserted into the footer of a document with the page border set so that the Always display in front is not active.
If you upload a copy of the document and provide some information on what it is that you want to put over the bottom border, we will take a look at it.
