Office-Word Unlicensed Product
Are you running Office 2019 on a PC or Mac?

I bought two Office 2019 for Home and Business for my PC and the other for my laptop.

Have these Office licenses worked in the past and now stopped working, or have they never worked?

Here's a second attempt to reply.
I didn't have license issues in the past until recently. On my PC, I did a quick repair and that seemed to work but my laptop that did not work.
They have always worked in the past up until now.
On the PC I did an Office repair that seemed to work but it doesn't work on the laptop.
It's of course a good thing that one installation (license) is up and running again. Do you remember if they were purchased from the same retailer (for example, if both were purchased directly from Microsoft)?
You could try a manual uninstall followed by a reinstall, but there is no guarantee that it would help.
