Office 2016 Version 16.0.15225.20204 problems
Only Word files do not show the icon because they lost the associations, even associating, the problem does not solve. And other very unusual malfunctions. Any solution?

Stefan_Blom I already did, but the problem remains...
Is the problem with the icon display, only? Recent versions of Windows won't let you re-assign icons in a simple way, so leaving things the way they are may actually be easier. That said, I do understand the frustration when things do not work as expected.
