No Heading
There are not any Headings styles in my Themes area unless I'm missing something which very well could be. Any ideas?

What you are seeing in the Gallery on the Design Tab are not Themes nor Styles but [Quick] Style Sets. The two are related and there is a drop-down menu for Themes or the left end of the Design Tab
.
If you download my Quick Styles Sampler and Themes Sampler you can use those two documents to quickly see the effect of different Quick Style Sets and Themes.
Briefly, a [Quick] Style Set changes that styles that appear in the [Quick] Styles Gallery on the Home Tab. A Theme will change the colors and fonts that are used in those sets.

I think my main question is how do I download the Syles, Themes on your page to my Word program. I think this is where I get lost. Thank you.These are links on my Downloads page to both documents.
- I found those all by myself! and downloaded. They are word files. How to get them into Word?
