Newbie Question Sorry
Could someone please help?
I take notes in work, and with the best will I can never remember all of the agenda. So to help I put key information in the Comment bubbles.
Problem is I have somehow lost the ability to open these individually, and now everyone that walks behind can see the notes I want to keep hidden.
How do you open a single comment bubble, without seeing all of them?

Which version of Word are you running? And which operating system?
