Natural TTS Voice Training in Word

Hi!

I'm using natural Voice TTS in BR PT to my studies, and a lot of times the reading is simply wrong, way off the actual pronunciation.

I worked around the problem by changing the text phonetically, to sound more like the correct pronunciation, but I was wondering if there is a way to change this at its core, because to achieve this currently I must change the phonemes "by hand" (I have some repetitions that I've reproduced in macro, using find and replace thou). 

It would be a significant improvement to MS Word, if users could "correct" the natural voice pronunciation, creating a shared online database, and in the future a more reliable natural reading.

So, if there is no way to do this in current Word version, I leave my suggestion to future features.
