Multiple bullet points in a document property

Document Property as in Insert > Quick Parts > Document Property?
These are plain text Content Controls and do not handle formatting within the Content Control.
If you use a Rich Text Content Control, instead, you can have bullet points within. The Tab key performs differently in a Rich Text control, though.
