MS Word Create Table of Contents (TOC)
Been following directions to have MS Word create a Table of Contents (TOC) for chapters in a book. Table does appear, but with only one item in it: the table itself with its page #. But I can't get...
In the Table of Contents Options dialog, the Style that is used for the Chapter Titles must be assigned to the relevant TOC level.
That Chapter Title Style should NOT be used for the Table of Contents itself.
