MS Word COMM add-in keeps going inactive / FLIR Tool+-report studio

MS Word add-in keeps going inactive / Flir Tool+-report studio
Word does not activate the add in of the "FlirTools+ / Report studio" software. The flir support tells me that the problem is on MS Word /office. MS Lv1 support did not find how to correct it.

How to force Wort to activate a add-in?
