MS Word 2007
My spouse and I both use MS Word 2007. While I can copy and paste text and images from the internet into a Word doc using Paste Special html format she cannot. She can copy the text but not the images. We have cross checked all the settings in Word and they are the same. We have researched the problem on the internet and tried all the suggestions to no avail. Does anyone have another suggestions? Thanks.

It isn't unusual that you have to download pictures separately from the text on web sites. Right-click and choose the Save Picture command (the exact words will depend on the web browser).
