Minimizing word 365 files can't be un-minimized-restored

After I minimize multiple word 365 files to the windows 11 taskbar, I can't bring them back up by clicking on word. When I click on word on the taskbar or hover with my mouse on word, it will briefly show the documents and minimize itself again. I configured the word executable to maximize. If I only have one word document open, it will maximize when I click on it.

The only way I can access to the files is by doing alt-tab

Any thoughts?
