Microsoft Word is erasing the document I was typing without my approval
Is anyone having problems with their Microsoft Word app getting their document deleted on certain paragraphs?
Let me explain, The other night I was typing an essay and out of nowhere the document was deleted on certain paragraphs. I have never seen that happen with all the Microsoft word software that I have bought over the years.

IFreedom855 If you have Typing replaces Selection in effect, that can happen if you inadvertently press CTRL+a and then press any key.
To turn off Typing replaces Selection, go to File>Options>Advanced>Editing options and uncheck that box.
