Microsoft Word: Custom document properties in Info page

Hi,

I'm struggling to find a way to create document properties besides those basic ones (like in the image below)

I know that I can create custom properties if I go to Advanced Properties but I can't make them appear below the basic ones like in this document. Any information would be helpful!

Thank you,

Vlad

If you can tell us more about why you want this, perhaps someone can suggest a way to achieve that objective with a different method.

The only way I found this can be done is through sharepoint. I had to upload a document to sharepoint and then in sharepoint I the documents list table I had to add a column. When I opened the document in the app the column name would showed up as the file property field that I could edit. Hope this helps anyone looking how to do it. I struggled myself to figure it out.
