I had an old tower with Word from a disc that I purchased many years ago. I recently bought a Dell All-in One and migrated all existing documents from the old tower , including my Word docs...I have a trial membership of Microsoft 365. If I cancel the 365, will I still be able to work on the OLD documents that were migrated from the tower????

How old is the older version of Word (Office)? If you have an installation disc and a product key, you will likely be able to (re-)install the older version after you have gotten rid of the trial subscription.
Stefan_Blom I looked and dont seem to still have the disc---thank you for responding
If you look in the list of installed programs, do you still see the older Office version? In that case, you should be able to uninstall the trial subscription and go back to using the older license.
