Mailings tab ribbon loading is slow when chinese and Japanese addins are installed

Did anyone notice this issue with the office package where the Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, and Japanese languages are included and installed on the machine along with other languages?

If I remove these 3 languages from package, mailings tab load quickly but there is delay in loading of around 1 min if above mentioned languages are installed.

Note - Machine default language set as English. Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, and Japanese build MUIs are also installed.
