It could be that your printer is not feeding the label media into the printer correctly, which may be due to dirty pinch rollers that you may be able to clean.
If you print the labels onto plain paper, how does the spacing of the blocks of text then compare with the label sheet.
Also make sure that in the backstage print view that the Scale to Paper Size is set to No Scaling.

I did my test printing on plain paper to avoid messing up my actual labels. I discovered the problem when I laid my label sheet over the printed plan paper entries. Where do I find the backstage print view?
