Mail Merge New Recipient Entry
unable to see the entry tabs clearly, how can this be adjusted or fixed?

Coralsue I suggest that you create the data source in Excel.
Thank you, I will try that. Doug_Robbins_Word_MVP . It doesn't fix the problem but its an alternate option.
