Mail Merge Inquiry
I have a query that when updated shows all the vendors in our system. There are only a handful of columns, Specific Vendor ID, Actual vendor name, when they were certified, when their certification expires, and email addresses for each vendor. When a new vendor is added, i use the information from the query to populate a mail merge into a word document (certificate for vendors). When i use the "Find Recipients" in the mail merge and search for a recently added vendor, it gives me an error message saying that "no entries contain the text you typed". Has anybody had any similar issues that could provide some help?
