List of figures
All,
I know that a list of figures can be created by using captions. However, I do not like the caption format. Can I mark my own text to serve as a caption and thus create a list of figures?

nbmnyeti How do you want the captions to appear? It may be possible to modify the appearance, to that which you want, so that the Table of Figures can be created using the facility included in Word for that purpose.
Failing that, you could type whatever you want for the caption and then use TC fields to mark the text to be included in a Table of Contents (which you could name as a Table of Figures.)
