Keep table rows together
Modify the Paragraph Format of the Table Grid Style and click on the Set as Default button before dismissing that dialog by clicking on OK.
To access that Style, put the selection in the table and then press CTRL+SHIFT+S to display the Apply Styles dialog in which the Table Grid style should appear as the Style in use. Click on Modify in that dialog to access the dialog via which you can modify the Paragraph Format.

Thanks Doug. There's no issue when I create the table in Word but the ones I'm having the problem with are probably imported from Excel - could that be the issue? I followed your instructions in the attached but by default the Style Name is showing up as Normal (it's Table Grid now but I had to select that). Also the Widow/Orphan Control checkbox was the only one selected anyway (and Set As Default was greyed out). When I go back to the table, I'm still seeing all the Pagination and Formatting exceptions options selected. If the problem is that the table is imported, is there any workaround to keep the table on the same page?
Thanks Doug.
