Issue with creating multilevel list in document

I usually create multi-level headings using the Style editor etc, but the thing I forget is that when you click on Define New MultiLevel List dialog, the window opens with a side-panel closed and it isn't easy to see this is the case. We are looking for the field to link level to style but to see it, you first need to click the More >> button on the bottom left.
Then you can easily see in the preview pane if level 1 is linked to Heading 1, and level 2 is linked to Heading 2, then the multi-level numbering will reset for each level as you change heading styles.
