Issue resizing images

Do you have the image set so that it is "In line with text"?

Doug_Robbins_Word_MVP - I have tried in all different types of wrap on the image and it still has the same problem
- Best if you upload a copy of the document so that we can try and replicate the issue and possibly come up with a solution. To upload a document, click on the Open full text editor link.
- I cannot post the document in question - it appears to only be a problem with certain images - all the images that it is happening to are screenshots. I have noticed that the images which I have a problem with have a small anchor icon next to them?
- The anchor indicates that the image is NOT in-line with the text.
Without access to the document, it is NOT possible to determine why you are experiencing an issue
