When you create the Index, you want to check the box to right-align page numbers. Here is the English-language dialog.

Thank you, but I dont want the Index to be indented. I prefer a Run-in Index, when I select a Run-in Index I cant select the marked Option, which you showed me.
Have you some other ideas?

By definition, a Run-In index has all the subentries in a running paragraph with their page numbers following immediately, not positioned to the right. Multiple entries and their page numbers are run together.
You can modify the indent amounts in an Indented list.
