Importing Sketchup Files into a Word Document

Question

I like to use Sketchup 2021 to generate graphics for my Microsoft 365 Word documents. I have previously done this using the Insert > 3D Models > This Device option, and it has worked fine. Now, instead of the image, I am getting the box below.

Anyone know what I can do to correct this?

SnowmanMS&nbsp;Can you upload a copy of the file that you want to insert?&nbsp; You may need to upload it in a zip file and the file may be of a type that cannot be uploaded.
