I have a theological paper, old PDF, that I need to convert to an editable Word.

After the conversion, the Greek characters contained within the text did not come through. I also found continual page breaks that needed corrected. Further, I found that the page breaks often found the footnotes up high in the next page and failed o format correctly.

I need help in order to get this ready to publish.
