I can't open word with Docx extension but I have no problem with doc extension
Dear All, I am here asking for help, I have synced SharePoint library on my laptop, I can open word file with docx extension online through browser but I can't open the same file on my computer....
If you start Word first (the locally installed version), then can you open *.docx files from within Word, via File > Open > Browse?
