I can not create macros in MS Word.
Hey folks, I recently started to use macros, however today a few hours ago suddenly I could not create macros in MS Word. I have tried everything to my ability and also contacted MS live support. They tried their best including repairing MS 365. But, the issue keeps persisting. I have attached
a screenshot to have a clear picture of the issue. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.

Abraham_Kidane What was the action that you were trying to record?
If you click on the Visual Basic button in the Code section of the Developer tab of the ribbon, can you go to the Visual Basic Editor and create your macro there?

Exit Word and rename the Normal.dotm template. Restart Word. Does that fix the issue?
