Hyperlinks on PDF not appearing

Hi everyone, every time I try to export a pdf (i usually do print to pdf), my hyperlinks within a specific phrase don't work, but if I put the link plainly, it does work. The other issue is that if I export to pdf, the hyperlinks work but I lose my fonts and they are defaulted to the Word ones. What is the workaround for this? Thank you!
