How to look for a certian highlted color?
Hi I have a file with many highlighted colors and I want to look for certain ones, blue for example, is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to look for certain colors in a file with many highlighted colors in Microsoft Word 365. To do this, you can use the Advanced Find feature.
To use Advanced Find:
- Open the file that you want to search.
- Press Ctrl+H to open the Find and Replace dialog box.
- Click More Options to open the Advanced Find dialog box.
- In the Format drop-down list, select Highlighting.
- Under Highlight color, select the color of the highlighting that you want to search for.
- Click Find All to find all of the instances of the specified highlighting in the document.

There is no Highlight color option in Find.
If you mean the Home bar I did that but it didn't work it keeps looking for all colors.
