How to Format Text in Mail Merge Name Badges
Folks, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to format name tags so that I can print in 64 px font as in the image below. If I attempt to format the merge field tags, it doesn't work. I wan...
While I am at it, a handful of names out of the 300 or so that I will be producing are too long to print at 72 px, and when I do labels by hand, I cut them back to 64 px. Is it possible to create a macro that takes a character count, or total space used, for each name, such that the font size could be adjusted automatically in the label merge?

It would be easier to manipulate the data in Excel to separate out the records that need to be merged with a font size of 64 pt and then perform a separate merge after reducing the font size in the mail merge main document.
For appearance purposes however, I would recommend that you create all of the name badges using the same size font.
