How to edit AND save document as Web Page without losing formatting elements?
For a final year undergraduate assessment, I have to produce an essay/opinion piece in the style of an academic blog (using the Web Page HTML format/layout).
The assessment criteria requires an 'eye-catching' layout with pictures, infographics, diagrams, and hyperlinks.
While I can edit and include the above just fine in the Web Page layout, trying to save using the Save As > Web Page HTML means I lose lots of formatting elements altogether (including font and font styles, paragraphing, and some of the visual elements).
Is there a way around this?
Even if the solution is another method of producing a document without page breaks (as one continuous page, like a website is), that would be fine.

In Word, save as a filtered web page: File → Save As → Save as type: Web Page (.htm; .html) → Check Filter HTML when savingto retain the core format.
