how to display Alt Text content

Question

HiI have written an illustrated book and added descriptions to all illustration images using the Alt Text feature, which shows by right-clicking on the image.I do not know how to make that content available on a pdf I saved for the book. I don't even know how to make it available to read on the screen without having to right-click again and going to the side Alt Text window.My purpose is to make my book accessible to visually disabled people.I look forward to your help.regardsCristina
