Help with wrapping text (I think)

Hey, all:

When I set up two different documents in two windows (i.e. side-by-side on my screen), I can't figure out how to contain the type to those windows. I have to scroll left and right in each window to see all the type. Is there a way -- perhaps wrapping the text somehow -- that will put all of the text in the window without having to scroll left and right to see it? (Not sure if this question is making sense). I'm using a MacBook Pro.
