Help please
Ok so I have tried the customer support and they could not comprehend what I was asking.
I have a word document for work. In that document I have a date block, and its in the same spot on multiple pages. The way it is currently setup, is it will automatically update the date to what is on my computer on all pages, when I open the document. The problem is, I print these documents out every day, the day before. I have to go to my settings, turn off automatic date and time, change it to tomorrows date, and re-open the document to print it out. It frustrating to have to go through these steps and every so often I forget to change the date back on my computer.
So... My question is, is there a way that I can set up a box on the first page and manually enter the date I want, then it will change, by itself, on all of the following pages to what I put it to on the first page? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1: Insert the date on the first page and create a bookmark
Open your Word document.
In the first page of the date block position, manually enter the date you want to
Select the entered date and click “Insert” > “Bookmark” in the menu bar.
Type in the name of the bookmark (or any other name you like) and click “Add”.
2: Inserting cross-references on other pages
In the date block of the other page, click “Insert” > “Cross-reference”.
Select “Bookmark” for “Reference Type” and “Bookmark Text” for “Reference Content”.
Select the bookmark you created earlier and click “Insert”.
Repeat this step to insert cross-references on all pages that need to display the date.
3: Updating Dates
When you need to change the date, simply change the date of the bookmark on the first page.
When you are done, press Ctrl + A to select the document and then press F9 to update all the cross-references.
The date of all pages will be automatically updated to the date of the first page.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
