Heading 1 to begin at 1.1, heading 2 at 1.2 in Outline Numbered
Hi there, I am at a loss. It seems like it should be obvious, but I cannot figure this out. I want the Heading 1 Style to be part of an 'Outline Numbered' list, with heading 1 BEGINNING at ...
