Header footer issue
I added Header and footer but it shows on all pages. How do I eliminate them on all pages after page 1?
Activate the header/footer view, for example by double-clicking the header, and then click "Different first page" on the contextual ribbon tab. You will then have to cut and paste the content of the main header into the first page header (and similarly for the footer).
