Google Doc Hyperlink in Word 2016 wrong redirection

Anyone has same issue with me ? I make a hyperlink on Word 2016 and the content will be link to the Google Docs. We got the Google Drive Help after i click on the hyperlink on the word. It wouldn't direct me to the correct docs.
