Font has changed and text content seems unrecoverable.

Question

Hello everyone,have the following problem.for whatever reason, another language has crept into my document.How can I undo it without losing the text content that I wrote before.It seems that at one point the font has changed and there is now an incomprehensible font on the left side of the table. But when I try to change the font to the old one, the text loses its content.What or can I do about it?&nbsp;Thanks in advance, any help is welcome.&nbsp;NikolinoI know that I know nothing (Socrates)

Unfortunately I cannot send the whole file because it is sensitive data. But there are several tables like this in the file that I sent you and about 300 pages.If I understand what you have described to me, WordPad goes out when copying. After I have selected everything in Word and clicked Paste on WordPad, WordPad disappears / closes from all.With several repetitions that I have done, it always comes out the same, WordPad closes by itself after the insert command.What could I be doing wrong?... or where should I look?Thank you for your patience and time.NikolinoI know I don't know anything (Socrates)

The text has been reformatted in a symbol font. Pasting content into WordPad, reapplying a standard font and resaving it, I was able to recover the text. I'm adding the recovered version here.

Have you tried pasting content into WordPad (assuming that you are running Word for Windows)? Reapplying a standard font would then recover the text.

In the example file you posted here, the table with text was the only available content.

If the document is large, pasting all the content at once may be too large for WordPad. You will have to copy and paste small portions at a time.
