export doc to pdf on mac
Hi. Really silly question, I need to export my word doc to pdf. I use a MacBook air. any suggestions will help. I have looked in the tool bar and searched it. I'm still not having any luck.
I use a MacBook Air too...am writing on it now. With a Word doc, there are two ways to get the file to PDF.
- File....Save As (or Save a Copy)....and then select PDF as the file type
- File....Print...and down at the bottom left of the dialog box (the expanded dialog box, perhaps) click on PDF and proceed from there.
