error message

Hi everyone, 

 

my colleague is trying to open a document he was working on, (it is a template style doc) but when he tries to open it he is getting the message i have attached a picture of. does anyone know WHY this is happening and how to fix it?

    Hi Tullyk 

     

    The file appears to be on a network drive (N:).

     

    Have you tried copying the file locally to his desktop and try to open the file then? It could a permission issue or the other scenario is that the file has become corrupted.
