I am experiencing this error in my document too.
I have worked out that it is the table of contents. Without a TOC it saves as PDF fine, with a TOC it errors. I am using the generic TOCs that come with word.
It was working a few weeks ago.
When in SharePoint and I try to export to PDF this also errors.
I can print to PDF but then none of the web page hyperlinks work, which is very important.
Any suggestions?
It might be the same root problem with Word introducing a new font which Adobe Acrobat doesnt recognize (and the new font may be used in the default TOC).
