I apologize, but it appears you were directed here in error since Tech Community is not a support site and isn't able to assist with things like this issue. When I used Chemdraw in the past, I had to export to .ps format to be able to put the image in Word, so you might try that if you haven't already. I don't have any experience with Origin.
For both programs, if you need further support, this isn't an issue with Word and Microsoft is not going to be able to assist. You will need to reach out to the developers of Origin and Chemdraw to and have them help you with exporting data or images from their programs to use in other programs.
