Drop Down Selection that will populate multiple fields

Hi there, 

I'm wondering if there is a way to make one drop-down selection auto-populate other defined fields? 

Specifically, I'm looking to create an offer letter template that once you select the Job Title from a drop down, will auto populate fields such as bonus plan, career level, FLSA status, etc.

Is this possible?
