Does Word add in is supported for the Microsoft word opening in iframe of react application

Hi,

A Microsoft word is opened using "word-edit.officeapps.live.com/we/wordeditorframe.aspx" in iframe of a react web application.

Is it possible to implement a "word Add in" for the Microsoft word opening in iframe of web application ?

In case it can be implemented, please provide the references.
