Discrepancy between passive voice checks, which to believe?

The editor has detected that I have one or more sentences with a passive voice. But as you can see, the editor score is 100%, Clarity boxes are checked, I've checked the entire document, and nothing is highlighted. Is Word checking other things than what I wrote?
