Dialog box in Word appears different on two identical PCs

Question

I have two identical PCs, however the dialog boxes that appear when running a mail merge look different. The Windows and Word versions are the same so not sure why that look different. One looks like a traditional dialog box, while the other looks like a web page message. I have compared settings within Word and both look identical.

Check if the version and display scaling are consistent. Press Win+R, typewinword /safeto enter safe mode and reset the interface. If that doesnt work, you can compare the `Normal.dotmtemplate or choose to reinstall Office.
